stick in the mud和stick-in-the-mud有何分別？

(1)stick in the mud指「陷於泥淖」，例如：
Her foot stuck in the mud.
她的腳陷在泥漿裏。
(2)a stick-in-the-mud即one who does not like changes or who has fixed, unimaginative habits or ideas，指人「落後保守」或「安於現狀」，例如：

You may say that I am a stick-in-the-mud, but I don't like Canton pop.

你可以說我是個老古董，但我不喜歡粵語流行曲。

(3)stick-in-the-mud也可用作形容詞，例如：
You'll never get anywhere in this modern world if you don't get rid of your old stick-in-the-mud ideas.
