We have finished in 20 days what would ordinarily take us at least five weeks.

The suit cost me over US$10.
The writing of the book cost him three months of intense labour.

Such carelessness could cost you your life!

She is suffering from a lifelong illness.
The widespread depression in the coal industry of this country lasted the livelong year.
